、前記ベツドに電気マイクロメータに複数の基準
径を与えるマスタゲージを装備し、マスタゲージ
の測定によつて予め複数の基準径を記憶部に記憶
し、前記電気マイクロメータからの実測値と記憶
部に記憶した対応する基準径とを比較して径を検
測する処理部を備えたことを特徴とする検測装置
