で構成される多次元測定機において、前記保持手
段は、ブロツク上に設けられて基台を水平方向変
位自在に支持する支持部材と、前記ブロツクと基
台とを連結するとともに少なくとも一部が天然樹
脂若しくは合成樹脂からなり、かつ、ブロツクと
基台との膨張係数の相違に基づく相対的な変位置
を吸収可能にされた弾性変形部材とを具備して構
