によつて駆動されるとともに、駆動に伴つて励起
されたフイードバツク信号を出力する振動波モー
タと、 前記フイードバツク信号によつて制御された前
記駆動信号を出力する駆動回路と、 前記振動波モータと駆動回路間を接続して前記
駆動信号およびフイードバツク信号を伝送するケ
ーブルと、 前記振動波モータ側に配置され、前記フイード
バツク信号を整流および平滑して励起信号レベル
に応じたレベルの直流フイードバツク信号を前記
ケーブルを介して前記駆動回路へ出力する直流化
回路と、 を具備してなることを特徴とする振動波モータの
駆動装置。 (2) 前記直流化回路はオペアンプを有し、この
オペアンプを通した信号を整流および平滑するも
