Claims (1)
- リング状の薄金属板と、その薄金属板に貼り合
わされた圧電素子と、前記圧電素子と薄金属板に
半田付け固着されたリード端子と、前記薄金属板
の内周部に締め付け固定され、被駆動体を固定保
持する構造を有した内枠部と、前記薄金属板の外
周部を締め付け固持する外枠部とからなり、前記
薄金属板の外周部および外枠部の外周近傍にそれ
ぞれ設けた小穴およびピンとの嵌合により被駆動
体保持部の前記圧電素子平面回転方向の位置規制
を図つたセラミツクアクチユエータ。
