は円筒部材をベース側に弾力的に押圧するように
取付け、かつ前記円筒部材の少なくとも下側の端
面に前記回転軸を中心とした円形状に溝を設け、
その溝内に弾性材料からなる薄板製リング体を配
置し、さらに前記リング体と前記フレーム上面と
の間に数個のボールを挟入配置して該ボールを前
記リング体によりベース側に押圧しかつ前記リン
グ体ヒフレームの対向面にはボールが嵌入する位
