実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
(1) 一端が閉鎖し、他端が開口したガラス製管
状容器と、該容器の開口部に嵌着された着脱かつ
密封可能なゴム栓体とからなる採血管において、
容器外面の全部または一部が熱収縮性チユーブで
積層されてなる採血管。 (2) 容器内面が血液成分を付着しにくい物質の
被膜に覆われてなる請求項１記載の採血管。 (3) 容器外面の側壁部分が熱収縮性チユーブで
積層され、底部分が耐衝撃性樹脂の被膜で覆われ
てなる請求項１または２記載の採血管。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一端が閉鎖し、他端が開口したガラス製管
状容器と、該容器の開口部に嵌着された着脱かつ
密封可能なゴム栓体とからなる採血管において、
容器外面の全部または一部が熱収縮性チユーブで
積層されてなる採血管。 (2) 容器内面が血液成分を付着しにくい物質の
被膜に覆われてなる請求項１記載の採血管。
