DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to an abnormality detection device for a building shutter, which detects an abnormality in the operation of a building shutter, particularly an electric shutter. [Prior art] Electric building shutters that open and close unattended are capable of detecting an abnormality such as when the shutter curtain comes into contact with an obstacle during the closing operation of the shutter and stopping the shutter curtain from lowering. , or one that raises it after stopping. Conventionally, a device is installed on the underside of the seat plate of the shutter curtain to detect an abnormality in shutter operation.
A seat plate switch that turns N-OFF, an optical transmitter installed on the seat plate that emits light with a predetermined pulse width when the seat plate switch is turned on, and a light transmitter installed on the building side that receives pulsed light from the optical transmitter. There is an anomaly detection device consisting of a receiver. In this abnormality detection device, when the seat plate switch comes into contact with an obstacle, the optical transmitter is activated and pulsed light is emitted from the seat plate side toward the receiver provided on the shutter body side, and the receiver receives the pulsed light. When received and input as an electrical signal to the opening/closing drive control section,
The opening/closing drive control section stops driving the motor or rotates the motor in reverse. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the conventional abnormality detection device described above has the following drawbacks. The optical transmitter must be equipped with a xenon lamp, a xenon lamp light emitting circuit, and a power source for light emission such as a battery, and the optical transmitter must be large in size, resulting in poor appearance.
Since it is an electronic product, there is a possibility of damage. In locations exposed to wind and rain, it is expensive because it must have a waterproof structure. Whether or not the excretion has reached the end of its lifespan, whether it is discharging, etc.
It is troublesome as it must be inspected or replaced at appropriate times. In view of the above circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to provide an abnormality detection device for a building shutter that has a simple structure, does not damage the appearance of the shutter, and is easy to maintain. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a building shutter in which the shutter is opened and closed by an electric motor, in which one end of a flexible member is engaged with the shutter curtain and the other end is engaged with the opening of the building. a rotating body is engaged with the flexible member so that the rotating body rotates as the flexible member moves, and a rotation detector is provided on the rotating body to detect whether or not the rotating body rotates when the motor is driven. It is characterized by being configured in such a way that it can be detected. [Operation] When the shutter is opened and closed by the drive of the motor,
When the rotating body is rotating following the drive of the motor, it is determined to be normal, and when the rotating body is not rotating following the drive of the motor, it is determined to be abnormal. [Embodiment J] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In this embodiment, the present invention is applied to a panel shutter in which a shutter curtain is constructed by connecting panels in a flexible manner with a chain for opening and closing. The panel 1 of the panel shutter curtain 25 is attached to an opening/closing chain 2 at both width ends thereof, and is raised and lowered via the opening/closing chain 2. The opening/closing chain 2 meshes with a sprocket 8 provided above the guide rail 11, and the sprocket 8 is moved by the motor 3 to the sprocket 4, chain 5, sprocket 6, and chain 7.
, and the opening/closing chain 2 is pulled up and lowered. Moreover, the lifted panels 1 are transferred to the storage rail 9 and are stored in sequence. The anchor 10 is fixed to the width end face of the panel 1a at the lowest position. The anchoring tool 10 can freely move without contacting the inside of the guide rail 11. A wire winding drum 12 is rotatably provided above the guide rail 11, and the wire 1 is wound around the wire winding drum 12.
Attach the lower end of 3 to the attachment tool 10. A torsion coil spring 15 is provided on the rotating shaft 14 of the wire winding drum 12, and biases the wire winding drum 12 in the winding direction. Also, the wire winding drum 12
Regarding this, a rotation detector 16 for detecting the rotation of the wire winding drum 12 is provided. The rotation detector 16 is connected to the connecting shaft 1
It consists of a rotary plate 18 and a sensor 19, which are provided on the wire winding drum 12 via the wire winding drum 7, and the rotary plate 18 has detection holes 20 bored at positions equally dividing the circumference on the same circumference. ,
The sensor 19 also has a light projecting element 21 and a light receiving element 22, each having an optical axis at a position through which the detection hole 20 passes. The signal from the sensor 19 is input to a control device 23, which will be described later.
The control device 23 drives and controls the motor 3. In Fig. 2, 26 indicates a guide roller and 27 indicates a seat plate. As shown in FIG. 3, the control device 23 includes a signal processor 29, a counter 29, a controller 30, and a motor driver 31.
, a timer 32, a NOT gate 33, and an AND gate 34. When the motor 3 is driven and the shutter is opened/closed, for example closed, the panel 1a is lowered. panel 1
As the panel a descends, the wire 1 attached to the panel 1a
3 is gradually pulled out, and the winding drum 12 rotates at a speed corresponding to the descending speed of the spring 1a. By rotating the rotary plate 18 together with the rotation of the winding drum 12,
The light-receiving element 22 receives light from the light-emitting element 21 at predetermined intervals and emits an ON-OFF electric signal. The signal processor 28 performs necessary signal processing such as amplifying and digitalizing the ON-OFF signal from the sensor 19 and outputs it to the counter 29 as a rotation signal and to the timer 32 as a reset signal. The number of signals output by the sensor 19 until the shutter is fully closed (35) is set and input into the counter 29, and the number of signals output by the sensor 19 during the closing operation is integrated, and the integrated number is set. When the number of input signals matches 35, a signal indicating the completion of the closing operation is issued to the controller 30. Controller 30
When receiving the closing operation completion signal from the counter 29, it issues a stop signal to the motor driver 31 to complete the closing operation. Next, while the motor 3 is being driven, the controller 30
A drive signal is issued to the motor driver 31 from
The drive signal is input as a signal for starting the timer 32,
The timer 32 starts operating or continues operating upon input of a drive signal. The timer 32 outputs a signal of "l" to the AND gate 34 after a set time elapses after activation. However, the reset signal is input from the signal processor 28 to the timer 32, and the timer 32 Set time,
If the pulse transmission interval of the processor 28 during the closing operation is set to a time equal to or longer than the margin time corresponding to the shutter opening/closing speed error, the timer 32 will be reset each time before it issues a signal, and the timer will eventually become normal. While the shutter is closed, the timer 32 does not generate an "L" signal. Further, the signal from the counter 29 is inputted to the AND gate 34 via the NOT gate 33, and when the cumulative number of the counter 29 does not reach the set signal number, it is inverted and a signal of "1" is output. is input. t when the cumulative number of the counter 29 does not reach the set number of signals.
When the panel 1a stops, that is, when an abnormality occurs, the signal from the sensor 19 is interrupted and no reset signal is input to the timer 32. Therefore, a signal of "1m" is input from the timer 32 to the AND gate 34, and the AND gate operates to issue an abnormal signal to the controller 30. The signal from the AND gate 34 is input to the controller 30. Then, it is determined that there is an abnormality in the operation, and the motor driver 31 is commanded to stop abnormally, and the motor 3 is stopped, or if necessary, the motor 3 is reversed by the required amount after stopping.Next, regarding the opening operation, Abnormality detection is performed in the same way as abnormality detection regarding the closing operation. In the above embodiment, the movement of the panel is detected by attaching a wire to the panel, letting the wire out,
It was detected by the rotation of the winding drum during winding, and the sprocket 8 that the chain 2 that connects the panels engages with.
A rotation detector 16 may be provided on the shaft of the sprocket 8 (see FIG. 1) to detect the movement of the panel through the rotation of the sprocket 8. It goes without saying that the rotation detector 16 can be replaced with an encoder or the like, and a reed switch, a proximity sensor, etc. may also be used as the sensor of the rotation detector 16. Although the above embodiment shows the case where the present invention is applied to a panel shutter, it is of course possible to implement the present invention to shutters other than panel shutters. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention exhibits the following excellent effects. (1) Since the shutter curtain can be opened by simply attaching a flexible member such as a wire or chain, no special space is required for installing an abnormality detection device. (11) Therefore, the appearance is not impaired at all. ■ Even if a foreign object collides with the shutter curtain, there is no risk of damage. (b) There is no need to take any special waterproofing measures. (V) Since the movement of the shutter curtain itself is detected, not only when it hits an obstacle, but also an abnormality in the shutter itself can be detected.
