Claims (1)
式ステープルケース、ステープル押し弾性板、ス
テープル送り器及び伸縮支持くさび等の主要要素
より構成され、前端開口式ステープルケースの前
端に開口を設け、開口の後方の底板にガイドバー
座があつて、ステープル送り器の弾性エレメント
に取り付けられ、伸縮支持くさびのガイドバーに
連結されており、ガイドバーには適当な戻りスプ
リングを取り付け、最前端には開口前後で弾性移
動する伸縮支持くさびが取り付けられており、 ステープル押し弾性板は押しハンドルの内上側
に密着し、前端にはステープル押しがあり、組立
て後、ステープル押しは丁度開口の上にはまるよ
うになつており、 伸縮支持くさびの前端にはくさびヘツドがあり
、末端は弾性エレメントを有するガイドバーに取
り付けられており、くさびの周囲の寸法は、くさ
びとステープルケースの内壁との間にステープル
が入り、ステープル送り器がその間を移動できる
ように取つてあり、 ステープル押し弾性板のステープル押しが、開
口でステープルを押し下げた時、ステープルに下
向の圧力を加える一方、ステープルが完全に打ち
こまれる迄、ステープルで間接的にくさびを後方
に押し、この工程に於いては、ステープルケース
の内側壁、くさびの辺側及び推進中のステープル
及びステープル送り器により、打ち出されるステ
ープルに対し、周側に全面的な支持力を与え、ス
テープルの各肘、脚の貫通力を強化すると共に、
圧力や冊子の厚みの抵抗の為にステープル肘、脚
が曲折する恐れがない構成としたことを特徴とす
る全工程支持式ホツチキス。 (2) 該ステープルケース前端の両折辺が、ステ
ープル両脚の内巾と等距離の開口を持つている請
求項1記載のホツチキス。 (3) 該ステープルケース前端を折り曲げて折縁
にし、継ぎ合わせてある請求項1又は2記載のホ
ツチキス。 (4) 折縁の一方を雄、他方を雌の接合片にして
継ぎ合わせてある請求項3記載のホツチキス。 (5) 該ステープルケース開口の下方底板に開口
と同じ巾の切欠部を有し、切欠部の後方には長方
形滑移孔を設け、又伸縮支持くさびのくさびヘツ
ドの下方には下方に適当な厚さに突出した補助突
足があり、その突出度合はステープルケースの底
板と同じ厚さで、突足後方の平面部にはしつの定
位ネジがあつて、上記長方形滑移孔の中で滑移で
きる構成とした請求項1又は2記載のホツチキス
。 (6) 該ステープル押し弾性板の前端のステープ
ル押しの前方に一つのステープルケース開口より
やや小さい前側支持片を有し、且つステープル押
しの長さより少し長く、ステープル押しと一つの
内向きの階段を形成してなる請求項1記載のホツ
チキス。 (7) 該ステープル押し弾性板の後尾端を折り返
して前下方に伸びた弾性片があり、ステープルの
打ちこみ(綴合)工程中、この弾性片はステープ
ル送り器の後尾上方を押し、ステープルの前進の
力を強める構成とした請求項1又は6記載のホツ
