Banknotes P... accumulated in 7, 28 are arranged by an arrangement device 5.
4 will be explained. That is, the temporary accumulation parts 25, 2
6, 27, and 28, banknotes P... are stacked in an inclined state with one end in the width direction being the lower end of the slope, and arrangement plates 78a and 78b are arranged opposite to both ends in the length direction, respectively. ing. These assortment plates 78a..., 78b... are for both the left and right frames 7.
It faces the temporary accumulation parts 25, 26, 27, 28 through the opening windows 81 formed in the parts 9, 80, and has a structure in which the lower ends of these parts are fixed to the shafts 82, 82. The shaft 82,
82 is rotatably supported at both ends by bearing devices 83, 83, and is repeatedly rotated in both forward and reverse directions by a mechanism to be described later, thereby rocking the assortment plates 78a..., 78b... It has become possible to move. That is, an arm 84 is attached to one end of one shaft 82, and the free end of this arm 84 is connected via a link 85 to an eccentric rotating portion of an eccentric cam 87 that rotates using a motor 86 as a drive source. , the rotational movement of the motor 86 is converted into a repetitive rotational movement of the shaft 82. Further, an arm 8 is provided at the rear end of one shaft 82 and the rear end of the other shaft 82, respectively.
8 are attached, and the free ends of these arms 88, 88 are connected to each other by a connecting rod 89, so that the repetitive rotational movement of one shaft 82 is transmitted to the other shaft 82 and rotates simultaneously. I'm starting to do that. When the motor 86 is driven, the assortment plates 78a and 78b simultaneously swing as shown in FIG. Both longitudinal end surfaces of the bank notes P along the take-out direction are aligned.

Furthermore, a transfer device 6 transfers the deposited banknotes P... into the banknote storage chamber 66 in order to make the banknotes P... for withdrawal based on FIGS.
The configuration of No. 8 will be explained. Transfer devices 68, 68 provided in the first safe section 63 and the third safe section 65
Since the configurations are the same except for the direction in which they are arranged, only the one on the third safe section 65 side will be described here. That is, the receiving opening 62 that receives the banknotes P in a bundle state through the carryout mechanism 55 in an oriented state is a pair of receivers having a U-shaped cross section that supports both ends of the banknotes P in the longitudinal direction. It is composed of metal fittings 90, 90. These receiving fittings 90, 90 are each attached via a holder 91 to a vertically movable block 94 held movably up and down by a guide shaft 92 provided parallel and perpendicularly, and a lead screw 93. , the lead screw 93 is connected to the motor 95
The receiving metal fitting 90 is configured to be raised or lowered by being driven in the forward or reverse direction by the holder. Moreover, these pair of banknote holding mechanisms 96a, 96b having receiving metal fittings 90, 90
are mounted on first and second horizontally movable blocks 98a and 98b which are supported by a pair of guide shafts 97 and 97, respectively, so as to be reciprocally movable along the banknote stacking direction in the banknote storage chamber 66.
The first horizontal movable block 98a is connected to a midway portion of a first timing belt 101, which is stretched between a driving pulley 99 and a driven pulley 100, which are disposed at both ends of the guide shaft 97. The second horizontally movable block 98b is connected to the middle part of the second timing belt 103 which is stretched parallel to the first timing belt 101 via driven pulleys 102, 102 (only one shown). It has become a state of being. moreover,
These first and second timing belts 101,1
The driven pulleys 100, 102 on which 03 is stretched
are attached to both ends of a rotating shaft 104 that is rotatably supported by a bearing device (not shown) so that they interlock with each other. When the drive pulley 99 is driven in the forward or reverse direction by the motor 105, the first and second timing belts 101 and 103 move simultaneously at the same speed and in the same direction, thereby causing the banknote holding mechanisms 96a and 96b to move simultaneously. Next, the operation of the automatic currency transaction device having the above configuration will be explained with reference to FIGS. 7 to 10. First, the withdrawal operation will be explained based on FIG. For example, assume that two denominations of banknotes P are used for withdrawal, and the banknotes P are 1,000 yen note Pa and 10,000 yen note Pb.
Thousand yen notes Pa... are set in advance in the banknote storage chamber 66 of the third safe section 65, and million yen notes Pb... are set in advance in the banknote storage chamber 66 of the third safe section 65. Here, for example, 5
Assuming that banknotes Pa and Pb of 4,000 yen are to be withdrawn, first, five 10,000 yen banknotes Pb are intermittently taken out by the action of the take-out roller 67 and transferred to the supply conveyance path 74.
The banknotes are transferred from the safe section unit 11 to the first conveyance path 18 of the banknote processing section 10. Then, the banknote inspection device 24 installed in the middle of this first conveyance path 18 inspects the size of the ten thousand yen note Pb, presence or absence of stacked conveyance, authenticity, etc., and the banknote passes the inspection result. The objects are sorted by the fourth sorting gate 35 and accumulated in the fourth temporary accumulation section 28 via the impeller 50. At this time, if there are 10,000 yen bills P'b that have been rejected as a result of the inspection, they are again taken out by the take-out roller 67 by the number of rejected bills and similarly stacked in the fourth temporary stacking section 28. Incidentally, the rejected ten thousand yen note Pb' is conveyed as it is along the first conveyance path 18 to the terminal end and is collected in the collection warehouse 29. This completes the operation of taking out the 10000 yen note Pb..., and then the 1000 yen note Pa
Four banknotes are intermittently taken out from the banknote storage chamber 66 of the first safe section 63 and delivered to the banknote processing section 10 via the supply conveyance path 74. Then, after the same process as in the case of the 10,000 yen note Pb, it is accumulated on the 10,000 yen note Pb in the fourth temporary accumulation section 28.

In addition, we have started to collect banknotes for deposits that are unsuitable for withdrawals, so those that are extremely dirty, torn, or bent and likely to affect withdrawal at the time of withdrawal, etc. This has the effect of preventing it from being used as a ticket. In addition, since it is equipped with a deposit/withdrawal port into which banknotes for deposits are inserted all at once and banknotes for withdrawals are discharged, it is more convenient than a deposit/withdrawal port with separate deposit and withdrawal ports.
It becomes possible to simplify the configuration and improve operability for the user.
