  1. 圧力源としての気蓄器と同気蓄室に接続された
    気体加熱源としての加熱器を有するラインに同ラ
    インとは別に前記加熱器をバイパスするバイパス
    ラインを設けると共に、前記バイパスライン合流
    後のライン内の気体の温度と圧力に基づいて両ラ
    インの流量を制御する装置を設けたことを特徴と
    する気体加熱器ラインの温度圧力制御装置。
