Abstract

PURPOSE:To save the maintenance cost of a tape recorder by registering call monitoring subscribers previously, and by leading a call automatically at a time point when the call is generated to the subscriber. CONSTITUTION:An electronic exchanger 3 to be storage-program-controlled is connected to a plurality of subscribers via a subscriber's circuit 8. Besides, a tape recorder 1 is connected to the electronic exchanger 3 via a general trunk 2, and a monitoring subscriber's telephone 5, the electronic exchanger 3, and the tape recorder 1 are connected to a third party call trunk 4. Then, the necessary number of subscriber's numbers for executing call monitoring is registered, and is stored in the memory of the electronic exchanger 3 via the subscriber's circuit 8. When a call is generated from or is fitted on the subscriber's telephone 5 and is connected then it is connected to a circuit via the third party call trunk 4, and voice is recorded by the tape recorder 1.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a call monitoring system for a telephone exchange, and particularly to a call monitoring system for a telephone exchange that is capable of establishing a relationship between voice information and visual information. [Prior Art] Conventionally, when monitoring calls for subscribers of a telephone exchange, a headset or tape recorder was directly connected to the subscriber terminal board, or a desired subscriber number was set in advance using a test device. The system immediately pulled in and monitored the subscriber, regardless of whether a call was being made or not. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] As mentioned above, when monitoring a call for a specific subscriber, the conventional method of connecting a headset or tape recorder directly to the subscriber terminal board is difficult to monitor when a call is in the active state. This had the disadvantage that the operator had to judge whether the Furthermore, the method of presetting one desired subscriber number from the test equipment had the drawback that only one subscriber could be registered at the same time. [Means for Solving the Problems] An object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art described above, and to provide a call monitoring method that can automatically monitor the calls of multiple subscribers without bothering the operator. The goal is to provide the following. The present invention provides a call monitoring method for an electronic exchange that is controlled by a storage program. When a call is made or received, the call is automatically recorded into the tape recorder.
a monitoring means for monitoring voice, and a caller ID;
It is characterized by having typewriter means for printing out the called number, call start time, end time, tape recorder channel number, etc. as visible information, thereby making it possible to establish a relationship between audio information and visual information. Suppose that [Example] Next, the call monitoring method of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a block diagram of an embodiment of the call monitoring method according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 3 denotes an electronic exchange that is controlled by a storage program, and is connected to a plurality of subscribers via a subscriber circuit 8. A tape recorder l is connected to an electronic exchange 3 via a general trunk 2, and includes a monitoring subscriber telephone 5, an electronic exchange 3 and a tape recorder 1.
is connected to the three-party trunk 4. Teletypewriter 6 is connected to electronic exchange 3 via modem 7 and subscriber circuit 8. A typewriter control unit 9 is also connected via a modem 7 and a subscriber circuit 8 to the electronic exchange a3. The typewriter control device 9 is controlled by the central processing unit 10 of the electronic exchange fi3. Next, the operation of the call monitoring method of the present invention will be explained. Register the required number of subscriber numbers for which call monitoring is to be performed using the teletypewriter 6. This information is stored in modem 7
is converted into a signal capable of telephone communication by the subscriber circuit 8.
is stored in the memory of the electronic exchange 3 via the . When the subscriber telephone 815 makes a call or receives a call and the call is connected, the line is connected via the three-person trunk, and at the same time, under the control of the general trunk 2, the tape recorder 1 is activated to record the voice. It will be done. When the call ends, the typewriter control device 9 activates the teletypewriter 6 and the necessary information is typed out. The teletape recorder 6, general trunk 2, and three-way trunk 4 are installed in accordance with call monitoring traffic. Also, although this figure is a block diagram of connections within the local station, call monitoring is possible for outgoing and incoming connections in the same way. [Effects of the invention] As explained above, the present invention registers a subscriber whose call is to be monitored in advance, and when a call occurs to that subscriber, the operator automatically receives the call. This has the effect of automatically monitoring the calls of multiple subscribers without the need for additional intervention. This makes it possible to reduce the number of tape recorders and reduce maintenance costs. This method is also effective for monitoring malicious calls.
