との間に取付け、前記各一対のヘツドを互に対向
して近接、隔離するよう作動させる油圧機構、前
記ヘツドの各対向端側において、それぞれリング
板の回転中心軸に平行に軸支された駆動軸に取付
けられ、前記リング板平面に平行な平面内で駆動
される各一対の切断カツタおよび開先カツタ、な
らびに前記カツタを取付けた各ヘツド先端に、鋼
管周壁面に接触してリング板が回転するとヘツド
を、鋼管周壁面に沿つて誘導する案内ローラ、を
設けて成り、リング板の回転軸線に沿つて鋼管を
長手軸方向に移動してリング板中心孔内に搬入し
、切断寸法を測定して、入側および出側クランプ
装置により鋼管をクランプした後、切断カツタを
駆動しつつ、一対のカツタヘツド移動用油圧機構
を作動させて前記ヘツドを鋼管周壁に向つて進出
させ切断カツタにより鋼管周壁を切込み切断する
と共に、そのままでリング板を180°正転また
は逆転させた後、再度、前記油圧機構を作動し、
カツタヘツドを旧位置に戻す一方、開先カツタを
駆動しつつ、一対の当該カツタヘツド移動用油圧
機構を作動させて同カツタにより、鋼管端面に溶
接開先を形成すると共に、そのままでリング板を
180°を逆転または正転させ、切断端面に沿つ
た均一かつ正確な溶接開先を成形加工することを
