【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は突合せ溶接した鋼管類の溶接個所の外
周面上に膨出した溶接部を切削する切削装置に関
する。

周面にセツトする連結具cとからなり、前記回転
工具駆動用モータaの取付台dの前後面にアリ溝
を形成し、これらアリ溝にローラeを有するアリ
fをそれぞれ摺動自在に嵌合し、前記取付台dの
外面に突設の支持片g,gに螺着した調整ボルト
h,hの先端を前記アリf,fにそれぞれ螺着
し、これらボルトh,hの回動によつて取付台d
を鋼管に向つて進出させ、前記モータaの出力軸
に取付けたグラインダiを鋼管の外周面に当接す
るようにしたものが知られている(特開昭52−
88895号公報)。しかしこの従来装置により突合せ
溶接した鋼管類の溶接個所で該鋼管類の外周面上
に膨出した溶接部を切削するときに、前記グライ
ンダiが該膨出溶接部に当るように前記調整ボル
トを調整することと前記グラインダにより該膨出
溶接部を切削することを繰り返し、溶接部の外周
面が鋼管類の外周面と同一面状になるようにする
必要があり、作業上手間と時間がかかり、作業能
率が悪い欠点があつた。本考案はこのような欠点
を排除し作業能率の格段の向上を図つた切削装置
を提供することを目的とするもので、その特徴と
するところは突合せ溶接した鋼管類の外周面上に
2分割可能な割筒を嵌挿して複数個の固定ボルト
により前記鋼管類に固定し、膨出溶接部を切削す
る正面フライスと前記外周面上を回転するローラ
を該正面フライスの先端切削面と該ローラの周面
の先端面が同一面上を保持して前記外周面に向つ
て進退制御可能に設けた支持体を具備する環状板
を、前記割筒に回動自在に係合する割環状板を対
向接続突縁において締付ボルトにより連結して形
成したことにある。

全周に亘つて1回転させるのみで切削が完了す

接した鋼管類の外周面上に2分割可能な割筒を固
定ボルトにより固定すると共に、正面フライスと
ローラを保持した支持体を具備し前記割筒に回動
自在に係合する割環状板もそれらの対向接続突縁
において締付ボルトにより連結したので、突合せ
溶接した鋼管類が長い場合であつてもその端部か
ら割筒や割環状板を鋼管類に嵌入することなく突
合せ溶接部の個所にこれら割筒や割環状板のボル
トによる連結で切削装置を直接装着でき、かくし
て該切削装置の装着及び取外しが容易となる効果
を有する。
