Claims (1)
- 作動流体を方向制御弁を介してシリンダ内に供
給して、ピストンを前後進させ、該ピストンロツ
ドに取り付けた弁体で流路を遮断するようにした
流体遮断弁であつて、該遮断弁が閉塞する方向に
ピストンを移動させる作動流体供給路に逆止弁を
設けたことを特徴とする流体遮断弁。
