心部に円筒部材が設けられた蓄冷容器内にて冷菓
原料を撹拌体により撹拌及び混練して冷菓を製造
する冷菓製造装置において、 前記撹拌体は、前記蓄冷容器の内周面上部と下
部との間に応じた回転軸にて該蓄冷容器の内周面
に沿つて上下方向へ延びる掻き取り羽根及び下部
が前記蓄冷容器の内周面底部に位置すると共に、
上部が前記内周面から内側に位置するように上下
方向に延びる撹拌羽根と、前記掻き取り羽根及び
撹拌羽根の下端部と回転軸との間にて蓄冷容器の
底面に近接するように設けられた掻き取り板と、
前記掻き取り羽根及び撹拌羽根の下部と回転軸と
の間で、前記掻き取り板の回転方向下手側にて夫
々回転可能に支持されると共に、一端部に設けら
れた歯車が前記円筒部材に設けられた突部と噛合
つて回転する回転部材と、前記円筒部材内に位置
する回転軸の下部に設けられた吐出部材とを備え
たことを特徴とする撹拌体。 ２ 前記夫々の回転部材は、送りねじからなる請
求項１記載の撹拌体。 ３ 前記夫々の回転部材は、断面が小判形状から
なる請求項１記載の撹拌体。 ４ 前記夫々の回転部材は、断面が円形状からな
