(Prior art and its problems) Recently, a heat dissipation plate with a heat insulating heater on the back side has been attached to the inner surface of the outer cover, a hanging rod is provided protruding from the center of this heat dissipation plate, and the inner cover is attached and detached from this hanging rod. In a cooker that can be supported freely, the inside of the hanging rod is made hollow and houses a sensor, and this sensor detects the atmospheric temperature inside the inner pot without being affected by the heat of the inner pot and inner lid, and the atmospheric temperature is detected by this sensor. It has been considered to detect boiling of food or to control heat retention based on changes in temperature, but this has not yet been realized due to various problems in practical application, such as the effect of heat from the heater and processing of sensor lead wires. It was hot.

In FIG. 1, the hanging rod 9 is made of a metal with good thermal conductivity, such as aluminum, and has a hollow interior with an opening at the upper end, into which the second sensor 14 is inserted. The second sensor 14 is enclosed and protected within an insulating tube 14a, and a silicone adhesive 15 with good thermal conductivity is injected into the gap between the insulating tube 14a and the inner surface of the hanging rod 9. It is fixedly built into the hanging rod 9. Further, the hanging rod 9 has a flange 9a on the outer periphery of the intermediate portion,
Insulating spacers 16 and 17 made of heat-resistant resin are fitted into the base portion 9b on the upper end side of the flange 9a. The base portion 9b of the hanging rod 9 has a polygonal cross section, for example, a regular square shape.

As shown in the third figure, the heat insulating spacer 16 forms a convex portion 18 having an oval cross section and a through hole 19 having a circular cross section. A notch 20 is formed in which the corner of the base 9b engages when inserted. The other heat insulating spacer 17 has a convex portion 1 on the lower surface as shown in the fourth figure.
8 is fitted into an oval-shaped recess 21, and by fitting the protrusion 18 and the recess 21 of both heat-insulating spacers 16 and 17 with each other, relative rotation is prevented.

Further, the heat insulating spacer 17 forms a through hole 22 and a notch 23 similar to those of the other heat insulating spacer 16.
Thus, the through holes 19 of the heat insulating spacers 16, 17,
When the base 9b of the hanging rod 9 is inserted into the hole 22, the corners of the base 9b of the hanging rod 9 are engaged with the notches 20 and 23 as shown by broken lines in FIGS. , 17, while
The heat conduction between the hanging rod 9 and the heat insulating spacers 16, 17 is further reduced by contacting the heat insulating spacers 16, 17 only at the corners and leaving the other parts in a non-contact state. Incidentally, the heat insulating spacer 17 has a recess 25 formed on its upper surface for arranging the washer 24, and a notch 26 formed at an appropriate position on its peripheral wall.

Both of the above-mentioned heat insulating spacers 16 and 17 are used to clamp the heat sink 7a and the heater holder 8a between them, and the heat radiator 7a and the heater holder 8a are provided with the heat insulating spacer 1.
an oval-shaped mounting hole 7b that fits into the convex portion 18 of 6;
8b is bored, and the fitting between the mounting holes 7a and 8b and the convex portion 18 prevents rotation between the two. The heat dissipation plate 7a constitutes a part of the inner surface of the outer cover 7 and is made of a metal plate with good thermal conductivity such as aluminum, while the heater holder 8a holds the heat insulating heater 8 at its outer periphery. This is to make the heat dissipation plate 7a adhere to the upper surface of the heat sink 7a. After first fitting the heat insulating spacer 16 to the outer periphery of the hanging rod 9,
The heat dissipation plate 7a and the heater holder 8a are fitted to the convex portion 18 of the spacer 16, then the heat insulating spacer 17 and the washer 24 are fitted to the hanging rod 9 in this order, and finally the upper end of the hanging rod 9 is fitted. These are fixed together by tightening. The washer 24 has a lead wire support arm 24a, which binds the lead wire 14b of the second sensor 14, and the washer 24 itself has a lead wire support arm 24a.
Rotation is prevented by fitting a into the notch 26.

With such a configuration, the hanging rod 9 is connected to the heat sink 7a.
In addition to interposing the heat insulating spacers 16 and 17 between the heat insulating spacers 16 and 17, the contact area with the heat insulating spacers 16 and 17 is made small, so there is no heat conduction from the heat retention heater 8, and the inner lid 10 is supported in a suspended manner. When this happens, the tip of the hanging rod 9 penetrates the inner lid 10 and faces into the inner pot 4, so the second sensor 14 can accurately detect the atmospheric temperature inside the inner pot 4. Also, the heat sink 7a
and the heat insulating spacers 16 and 17, and the spacer 1
6, 17 and the hanging rod 9 are each prevented from rotating, so the hanging rod 9 does not rotate.
Therefore, the lead wire 14a will not be twisted and disconnected.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, according to the configuration of the present invention, the atmospheric temperature inside the inner pot can be accurately detected without being affected by the heat of the insulating heater, and the lead wires are not twisted due to rotation of the hanging rod. This is extremely useful for practical application.
