１５に連結した太陽ギヤ１６、前記冷却フアン１
２を連結したリングギヤ１７、前記太陽ギヤ１６
とリングギヤ１７とに咬合う遊星ギヤ１８、及び
遊星ギヤ１８を支承したキヤリア１９からなる遊
星ギヤ機構２０を設けるとともに、前記入力軸１
５と前記キヤリア１９との相対回転を阻止する第
１ブレーキ２１と、前記キヤリア１９の公転を阻
止する第２ブレーキ２２とを設け、かつ、第１、
第２ブレーキ２１，２２を背反的に制御作動させ
