Claims (1)
- 圧電振動片と、該圧電振動片を内部に収納した
底面基板及び蓋より形成した中空箱型容器とから
成る圧電振動子において、該中空箱型容器の底面
基板に表面から裏面へ電気的に導通しているスル
ーホールを設け、該スルーホールを介して上記圧
電振動片に給電すると共に振動電圧を得るように
したことを特徴とする圧電振動子。
