Claims (1)
- 振動駆動用のアーム部材とコリオリ力検出用の
検出部材とを互いに板面が直角をなすよう連結し
た振動片を１つ以上備えた圧電ジヤイロ振動子に
おいて、前記アーム部材及び／又は前記検出部材
に切削部を有することを特徴とする圧電ジヤイロ
振動子。
