- 振動駆動用のアーム部材とコリオリ力検出用の
検出部材とを連結した振動片が１つ以上連結して
いるベース部材と、該ベース部材に取付けた棒状
の支持部材とを備えた圧電ジヤイロ振動子におい
て、前記ベース部材は少くとも前記支持部材の取
付け箇所の部分の板厚をほかの部分よりも薄く形
成してあることを特徴とする圧電ジヤイロ振動子
。
