Conventionally, washing large vehicles has relied on hand washing, and because the washing area is larger and dirtier than that for passengers, it takes two to four hours to wash one car.
Additionally, workers washed cars in unfavorable working conditions, wearing raincoats to prevent wash water and muddy water from splashing onto their work clothes. On the other hand, car wash equipment for small vehicles, such as those installed at gas stations, where the car is moved while the vehicle is stopped, is too large for large vehicles, so it is not practical. The current situation is that it cannot be provided. Therefore, as a car wash device for such a large vehicle, the car wash device is kept stationary, the vehicle is allowed to move through it, and high-pressure washing water is sprayed onto the vehicle to wash the vehicle in a short time. A possible example is a car wash device.

However, large vehicles such as trucks often drive on rough roads, so they are often dirty with mud and oil, and in car wash rooms, many vehicles are washed continuously.
Mud, oil, etc. that fall off the vehicle become sludge and accumulate all over the floor. Conventionally, this had to be cleaned manually by pouring water from a high-pressure pump hose, using a brush, mop, etc. This has resulted in the disadvantage that cleaning the floor surface is difficult and takes a long time.

Furthermore, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 16529/1983 discloses an automatic spraying device for spraying insecticide, disinfection, and deodorizing liquid onto cleaning trucks, etc., in which the device is stopped and the vehicle is moved to spray insecticide on the vehicle. However, this prior art example does not disclose a car washing device and also does not disclose a device for washing a floor surface. Also, in 1987-28048,
A tire washing machine that can wash the floor surface of a car washing device with a water injection nozzle is disclosed, but this conventional example is a device for washing dirty tires of a vehicle, and does not spray water onto the body of a vehicle. It does not have a nozzle for ejecting water, and therefore its structure and operation and effects are different from the present invention. Furthermore, in JP-A-51-144072,
A wheel cleaning device for a large vehicle is disclosed, but although the conventional example is capable of cleaning the floor surface, it is also used exclusively for wheel cleaning, and its structure and operation and effects are different from the present invention.

In any case, these conventional examples do not disclose or suggest that the route of the water sprayed can be switched to be used for washing the body of a vehicle and for washing the floor surface of the vehicle.

The present invention is configured as described above, and its operation will be explained below. To explain the case of washing the vehicle 8, first, the first switching valve 33 is opened and the second switching valve 36 is closed. Next, when a switch (not shown) is turned ON to rotate the motor 7 and the vehicle 8 enters the car wash chamber 2 from the entrance side in the direction of the arrow A, the wash water pumped up by the pump 4 flows through the communication pipe 31, The water is sprayed from the fountain nozzle 11 to the vehicle 8 through the fixed water supply pipe 9 and the fountain pipe 10, and the vehicle is washed. The sewage containing mud used for cleaning passes through the sediment pool 17 and the drainage ditch 18, where the mud and other sediments are removed, as shown by arrow B, and is collected in the fourth tank T4 of the water storage tank 3. is,
Pass through each communication hole 21 as shown by arrow C and enter the third tank.
T 3 , the second tank T 2 , and the first tank T 1 flow in this order, and during this time, mud etc. settles out, and floating objects such as oil, trash, wood chips, etc. collect upwards and float to the top where they are purified and pumped again. 4
The water is sucked up by the water supply pipe 9 and supplied to the fixed water supply pipe 9. To separate oily water from dirty water after car washing, open the manual valve 26 and pour water into each tank from the water inlet 26a.
It is supplied dropwise little by little to T 1 , T 2 , T 3 , and T 4 . Then, the floating part floating on the surface is caused by ripple-like waves caused by the dripping water, and the overflow port 20
The water naturally flows out from the overflow port in the direction of arrow D into the drainage ditch 29, flows into the first separation tank ST1 of the oil-water separation tank 27, and passes through each water pipe 30 to the adjacent oil-water separation tank. The oil then flows into the oil sump tank as shown by arrow E and is stored there.

Next, when cleaning the floor surface 15, the first switching valve 33 is closed and the second switching valve 36 is opened. Next, when the switch is turned on and the motor 1 is rotated, the cleaning water sucked up by the pump 4 is supplied to the floor cleaning fountain pipe 5 through the communication pipe 31, branch pipe 34, and communication pipe 35. , from the fountain nozzle 16 toward the entire floor surface 15 as shown by the broken line in FIG. As a result, the sludge consisting of mud and oil deposited on the floor surface 15 passes through the earth and sand pool 7 and the drainage ditch 18, as shown by arrow B, and the sediments such as mud are removed and the remaining oil is removed. The muddy water is collected in water storage tank 3.
There is no need to inject water into the floor surface 15 with a high-pressure pump hose or manually clean it with a brush, mop, etc., as in the past, and the floor surface 15 can be cleaned by simply operating a switch, making it extremely easy to operate. It can be done in a short time.

Since the present invention is constructed and operates as described above, high-pressure washing water is supplied by a car washing pump from fountain pipes arranged on both sides of the floor surface including the car washing room in the longitudinal direction. Since it is sprayed, sludge made of mud and oil accumulated on the floor can be washed away in a short time without manual intervention, making floor cleaning easier and labor-saving. Moreover, since the pump for car washing can be switched to be used for floor cleaning, equipment costs can be reduced.
