面に設けられる透明電極と、この対向する透明電
極をそれぞれ覆う配向膜と、この対向する配向膜
間に封入される液晶材と、一方の透明基板の透明
電極に対応して設けられるカラーフイルタとを具
備してなるカラー液晶素子において、 前記一方の透明基板の透明電極は、この透明電
極に対応させて形成された第１層目の補助電極と
この補助電極上に形成された少なくともカラーフ
イルタを含む１層の絶線膜との積層構造上に積層
形成され、前記透明電極と前記補助電極とが両端
でそれぞれ電気的に接続されていることを特徴と
