Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 熱膨張性流動体を収容するケーシングと、この
    ケーシングの口端部から前記流動体中に差し込ま
    れ、流動体の熱膨張により押し出されるピストン
    棒と、前記ケーシングの口端部に形成され、奥が
    徐々に狭くなる段部と、ゴム等の弾性材よりなり
    、孔を有してこの孔内に前記ピストン棒を貫通さ
    せ、前記段部に押し込まれて周囲から締め付けら
    れ、ピストン棒外周を押して流動体をシールする
    プラグと、柔軟性を有する低摩擦材よりなり、こ
    のプラグの孔内面とピストン棒との間の一部に挟
    まれ、プラグとピストン棒との接触面積を減少さ
    せてピストン棒の摩擦抵抗を低下させる中間リン
    グとを有することを特徴とする感熱アクチユエー
    タ。
