に流体密に固定し、他端を密封することにより、
アキユムレータ本体内を所定圧の圧縮ガスが封入
されるガス室と、流路を介して制御流体が流入さ
れる制御流体室とに区分し、ガス室と制御流体室
の圧力差に対応してベローズが伸長・縮小するよ
うに構成してなるベローズ型アキユムレータにお
いて、 前記制御流体室の圧力が所定量低下した際に流
路を遮断して、所定量の制御流体を制御流体室に
滞留させる圧力維持手段を設けたことを特徴とす
