よつて連通し、かつ外部と先端口によつて連通す
る小室とが形成されるとともに、この連通口を塞
ぐように設けられ、かつ外部からの押圧を受けて
同連通口を開く中間弁と、先端に塗布材を有し、
この塗布材が上記先端口から外部に臨む状態で上
記小室内に軸方向に移動可能に収納され、かつ先
端方向に押付けられることにより先端口の内面と
の間に所定の隙間を残して同先端口を塞ぐ先端弁
と、この先端弁を先端方向に付勢する付勢手段と
