助空気量を増大させる第１及び第２の補助空気量
制御弁を設け、前記第１の補助空気量制御弁を所
定の外気温度以上で開弁作動させる第１の作動手
段と、前記第２の吸入空気量制御弁を前記所定の
外気温度よりも高い所定の外気温度若しくは該外
気温度に対応する所定の機関温度で開弁作動させ
る第２の作動手段を設けたことを特徴とする内燃
