Claims (1)
に、包装全長よりも短い樹脂フイルム製の開封片
が溶着されている包装体であつて、前記包装フイ
ルムと開封片とが、開封片の面積よりも小さい面
積を占める溶着部により溶着接合されており、こ
の溶着部は、開封片内にあり且つ開封片端部につ
まみ代を残して所定面積を囲む曲線を含んでいる
ことを特徴とする包装体における開封片の溶着構
造。 2 内容物を密閉している包装フイルムの外表面
に、包装全長よりも短い樹脂フイルム製の開封片
が溶着されている包装体であつて、前記包装フイ
ルムと開封片とが、開封片の面積よりも小さい面
積を占める溶着部により溶着接合されており、こ
の溶着部が、主溶着線と、この主溶着線よりも開
封片の縁部側に位置する副溶着線とから成ること
を特徴とする包装体における開封片の溶着構造。 3 副溶着線による開封片と包装フイルムとの溶
着接合強度は、主溶着線による溶着接合強度より
も弱くなつている請求項2記載の包装体における
開封片の溶着構造。 4 内容物を密閉している包装フイルムの外表面
に、包装全長よりも短い樹脂フイルム製の開封片
が溶着されている包装体であつて、前記包装体フ
イルムと開封片とが、開封片の面積よりも小さい
面積を占める溶着部により溶着接合されており、
この溶着部は、1本以上の溶着線からなり、少な
くとも1つの溶着線の端末部が開封片の長手方向
の縁部まで延びていることを特徴とする包装体に
おける開封片の溶着構造。 5 少なくとも1つの溶着線の端末部が、開封片
から外れて包装フイルムまで延びている請求項4

応じた溶着部が形成されるものであり、副溶着線
を形成する突部が主溶着線を形成する突部よりも
低く形成され、この突部の高さ寸法の差により副
溶着線による溶着接合強度が、主溶着線になる溶
着接合強度よりも弱くなつている請求項3または
