[Detailed description of the invention] This invention is for vehicles, in which the skin, wading, and wading cover are sequentially laminated, and the surface is pressurized and heated in a linear manner to fuse the three together. This invention relates to improvement of the skin member of a seat.

Therefore, in places where the skin member is stretched in a curved manner, such as the top of a curved seat bag, since the heat-sealed portion is hardened, the skin member is not bent along the curved surface of the seat bag. The part is bent approximately at right angles. As the wading and the like are also bent along with this bending, creases appear on the surface. As a result, there was a problem that the appearance of the seat bag was impaired.

To achieve the above object, the skin member of the vehicle seat according to the present invention is used in a curved manner, and the skin, wadding, and wading cover are linearly pressurized and heated in the direction of the curvature. In the skin member for a vehicle seat, in which a large number of concave grooves are orthogonally arranged and fused together, a heat-fusible rigid cloth is provided on the wading cover side of the curved portion, The rigid cloth is fused together with the skin, the wadding, and the wading cover to prevent the occurrence of creases on the surface of the curved portion.

Figures 1 and 2 show the proposed product. In the figures, 1 is a skin, 2 is a foamed wading cover, and 3 is a heat-sealable wading cover. These are conventionally well-known members, and their A heat-adhesive rigid cloth 4 is integrally fused to the decking cover 3 side. This heat-fusible rigid cloth 4 is a slightly rigid material such as polyvinyl chloride and has high-frequency weldability, as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG.
Together with the three members of the wading cover 3, the skin member A is fused in a linear manner at intervals in the orthogonal direction of the skin member A using high frequency. That is, the rigid cloth 4 is integrally fused to the wading cover 3 side as shown below.

The above skin 1, wading 2, wading cover 3, and rigid cloth 4 are laminated in order as shown in FIG.
A high frequency wave is applied by linearly applying pressure using an upper die 5 and a lower die 5', which are high frequency electrodes, and the four parts are fused and molded together. Therefore, on the surface of the skin member A, a large number of grooves A, B appear perpendicular to the curved direction of the skin member A, similar to the conventional product. In addition, when using a skin that does not have heat-sealing properties such as natural fibers, a heat-sealing member is interposed between the skin and the wading 2 to bond the skin.

FIGS. 4 and 5 show the state in which the product is used, where the part where the rigid cloth 4 is fused together is placed along the curved cushion material B or by bending the skin member A, such as the top of the seat bag. used for.

Therefore, the outer skin 1, the wadding 2, the wading cover 3, and the rigid cloth 4 are fused together in the grooves A and A, and the fused portions are hardened. Therefore,
When the skin member A is bent in a direction perpendicular to the grooves A, A, etc., the fused portions are hardened and will break. However, the portions of the rigid cloth 4 that are not fused, such as both sides of the fused portion, are curved along the curved surface of the cushion material B, and the outer skin 1, wadding 2, and wading cover 3 are bent through the fused portion. It is integrally connected to the rigid cloth 4. Therefore, the skin 1, wading 2, and wading cover 3 between the grooves A and A are pushed out,
Since the wadding 2 and the like are not bent, the folds and wrinkles are not generated on the surface. C in the figure is a frame that constitutes the sheet.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the portion of the rigid fabric other than the welded portion is bent along the curved surface of the cushion body. Therefore, since the skin, wading, and wading cover are integrally connected to the rigid cloth bent in a curved shape through the fused parts, the skin, wading, The wading cover curves along the curved surface of the cushion body, and no creases will occur that spoil the aesthetic appearance of the sheet. Furthermore, since the rigid cloth has heat-sealing properties, the skin, wading, etc. can be fused together at the same time, and moldability is not impaired compared to conventional products. Moreover, since the rigid cloth is integrally provided on the back surface of the skin member, the curved portion of the skin member can be accurately shaped.

依つて、所期の目的を達成し得る。 Thus, the intended purpose can be achieved.
