振器と、この第１の発振器の発振周波数より低い
周波数で発振する第２の発振器と、切換信号に基
づいて初期の所定期間の間は前記第２の発振器か
らの出力周波数を前記体積変化手段に供給し、所
定時間経過後は第１の発振器からの出力周波数を
前記体積変化手段に供給する切換回路と、この切
換回路に前記切換信号を供給するタイマとを備え
