Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は、プレス加工されて帯状に連接された
多数の端子を、保管又は次の電線圧着工程へ供給
するために巻取つておく端子巻取用紙管リールに
関するものである。 (従来の技術) この種のリールは、第9図で示すように、円筒
状の紙管1の両端開口縁部に両面ダンボール紙を
円形に加工した各フランジ板2,3を止着して構
成されている。この紙管1と各フランジ板2,3
との止着は、一般的には第10図で示すように単
に両者の突き合せ部分を酢酸ビニール系の接着剤
でノリ付するものであつた。ところが、この止着
構造は接着力が弱く、容易に分離する事が多い。
そこで、第11図で示すように、紙管1の開口縁
部の内側に収嵌させた補強ライナー5を各フラン
ジ板2,3に重合させ、これら三者を接着剤4で
一体にノリ付する止着構造も採用されている。し
かしながら、この止着構造は加工および接着の作
業が煩雑でコスト高になると云う問題点があつ
た。 また、前記の問題点を解決するために第5図乃
至第8図で示す止着構造に付いても検討された。
これを図面に基づいて説明すると、フランジ板2
は外側フルート2aと中央ライナー2cとの間に
外側フルート2bが設けられ、中央ライナー2c
と内側ライナー2eとの間に内側フルート2dが
設けられ、これらを一体に重合させた所謂複両面
ダンボール紙を円形に加工したものである。前記
フランジ板2の内面側には、紙管1の厚み巾tで
当該紙管1の開口縁部に適合するリング状に嵌合
溝6が凹設されている。この嵌合溝6は、第7図
で示すように両側に突設する切刃を備えた刃型形
状のプレス型パンチ7によつて押圧成形され、第
8図で示すように前記内側ライナー2eを内外周
の2ケ所を各々切断して2条の切込部6a,6b
を設け、該切込部6a,6b間の内側フルート2
dを中央ライナー2c側へほぼ平坦に圧縮変形さ
せたものである。そして、第5図および第6図で
示すように、紙管1の開口縁部に接着剤4を付着
させた状態で嵌合溝6内に収嵌させ、紙管1とフ
ランジ板2とを一体接合させた止着構造である。 しかしながら、この止着構造の場合には2条の
切込部6a,6bによつて分断され凹設された嵌
合溝6内の内側ライナー部分が剥離しやすいと共
に、内側ライナー2eと紙管1の端縁とが直接に
接着されていないので強度的に弱くなる欠点があ
つた。 (考案が解決しようとする問題点) そこで本考案では、前記した従来技術を改善
し、充分な接着強度で且つコストも比較的安価な
止着構造による端子取付用紙管リールの提供を目
的とするものである。 (問題点を解決するための手段) 本考案の要旨は、ダンボール紙で形成された左
右の各フランジ板の内面にリング状の嵌合溝を凹
設し、この嵌合溝内へ紙管の両端開口端縁部を
各々収嵌すると共に、両者間に接着剤を介在させ
て当該紙管の両端に各フランジ板を一体に接合し
てなる端子巻取用紙管リールにおいて、 紙管の開口端縁部が接合されるフランジ板の内
側ライナーに対し、当該開口端縁部の内周側また
は外周側のいずれか一方に沿つて切断による一条
の切込部を設けると共に、この切込部から少なく
とも紙管の厚み巾分だけ離れた他方の内側ライナ
ー部分を折れ目として当該切込部側の内側ライナ
ーをフルート側へ傾斜状に圧縮変形して各嵌合溝
が形成され、この嵌合溝内へ紙管の開口端縁部を
収嵌する際に当該開口端縁部で折れ目側を圧縮矯
正して嵌合溝内の内側ライナー面をほぼ平坦にさ
せた端子巻取用紙管リールである。 (実施例) 以下に本考案の実施例を第1図乃至第4図に基
づいて説明する。尚、リールが紙管1とその両端
開口縁部に止着される各フランジ板2,3で構成
されることは、前記した従来例の場合と同様であ
り、フランジ板2とフランジ板3とは同一構成の
ため、以下の説明では特に一方のフランジ板2に
対する紙管1の止着構造部分に付いて行うものと
する。 この実施例による止着構造は、前記第5図乃至
第8図の従来例による止着構造とは第4図で示す
ように嵌合溝の構成が相違するものである。すな
わち、第3図で示すように片側にのみ突出する切
刃を備えた歯型形状のプレス型パンチ9によつて
フランジ板2の内面が押圧形成され、第4図で示
すように内側ライナー2eの外周側を切断して一
条の切込部8aを設け、該切込部8aから内側フ
ルート2dの一部を紙管1の厚み巾t以上の巾で
中央ライナー2c側へ傾斜状に圧縮変形させて嵌
合溝8を形成させたものである。そして、第1図
および第2図で示すように紙管1の開口縁部に接
着剤4を付着させた状態で嵌合溝8内に収嵌させ
ると、切込部8aと反対側で凹設された内側ライ
ナー部分は更に圧縮されて嵌合溝8内の内側ライ
ナーはほぼ平坦に矯正され、この状態で紙管1と
フランジ板2とが一体接合される。 (考案の効果) 前記した嵌合溝8の加工は、各フランジ板2,
3を造る際に予めプレス型パンチ9によつて安価
に量産され、その後の組立加工は前記第10図で
示す従来例の場合と同様作業で容易に行うことが
できると共に、その接合強度は前記第11図で示
す従来例に匹敵するものである。 また、前記第5図で示す従来例の場合とは異な
り、凹設された嵌合溝8を形成する内側ライナー
2eの一部は、紙管1の端縁の外周側又は内周側
のいずれか一方は切込部8aによつて切断されて
いるが他方は連続しているので剥離しにくく且つ
弾性も強いと共に、当該ライナーの表面が紙管1
の端縁と直接接着されるので止着強度が向上す
る。しかも、嵌合溝を成形させるパンチの構造が
簡単で且つ成形作業も容易である。 因に各止着構造に対する強度の比較データを示
