Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture at low cost and with easy work a fancy can that is excellent in dampproofness by forming a square can out of a plate material made up by pasting a fancy cloth or the like to the surface of a metallic thin plate, and by preventing the pasted fancy surface material from being stripped off and damaged at the time of forming into the can. CONSTITUTION:Square cut-off parts are formed to four corners of a rectangular plate material that is made up by pasting a surface material 3 to a metallic thin plate, and side walls 5 are folded up simultaneously along bending lines and at the same time, side ends on both sides of each of the side walls are tightened by winding-up together, and a can body 12 is formed with tightened parts 9 made to flatten and to project to the inside of the corners while the corners 10 are made with their outsides made to flatten. Folding-in parts 28 are provided to corners of the plate material and when the side walls 24 and 25 are folded up simultaneously along the bending lines 21 and 22, the folding-in parts 28 are folded up in triangular shape and are attached with pressure to the internal faces of the side walls, and the upper ends of the folding-in parts 28 are caught by bent-edges provided to the inside along the upper ends of the side walls. Thereby, a can body is constructed.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The above-mentioned conventional makeup box is troublesome in attaching work of makeup paper or cloth, and the attached material is easily peeled off from the end face during use. It was fragile and lacked moisture resistance. In addition, when a conventional makeup can is formed of a material plate to which makeup cloth is attached, the winding portion is peeled and damaged during processing and does not become a product, so the makeup cloth is attached after forming the can. However, the bonding work was time-consuming and the cost was high, and the appearance of the edge portion was not good even after the bonding. Therefore, in the present invention, by forming a material plate in which a cloth for makeup or the like is laminated on the surface of a thin metal plate, the laminating work is facilitated, and the surface material for cosmetics laminated at the time of forming the can. It is possible to provide a durable makeup can with excellent moisture resistance at low cost by preventing peeling damage.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a rectangular plate member having a surface material adhered to the surface of a thin metal plate is provided with quadrangular cutout portions at four corners, and Bend the side edges of the side walls inward, and fold the side walls at the same time along the folding curve, wrap both side ends of each side wall together, flatten the wrapping part, and flatten the wrapping part. It is composed of a can body that projects inwardly and has a flat outer surface to form a corner, and a can lid molded from the above plate material. In addition, a side wall is formed by providing a folding curve parallel to each side on each side of a rectangular plate material having a surface material adhered on the surface of a thin metal plate, and a folding part is provided at each corner. Simultaneously fold along the folding curve, fold each folding part into a triangle and crimp it to the inner surface of the side wall, and clamp and fix the upper end of the folding part with the bending edge provided inside along the upper end of each side wall. And a can lid formed from the above plate material.

According to the present invention, a rectangular plate member having a surface material adhered to the surface of a thin metal plate is formed with quadrangular cutout portions at the four corners, and side edges of the respective side walls are bent inward to form the side walls. At the same time, the cans are folded along a folding curve, and both side ends of each side wall are wound together, and the winding parts are flattened to project into one side of each corner and the outer surface is flattened to form a horn. Since the body is formed, the can body can be formed without causing peeling damage to the surface material. Also,
Side walls are formed by forming folding lines parallel to each side on each side of a rectangular plate material with a surface material attached to the surface of a thin metal plate, and folding corners at each corner. Cans are folded up at the same time along each other and folded up in a triangular shape to be crimped to the inner surface of the side wall, and the upper end of the above-mentioned folded section is clamped and fixed by a bending edge provided inside along the upper end of each side wall. Since the body is formed, the can body can be formed without causing peeling damage to the surface material as described above.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. (Embodiment 1) In FIGS. 1 to 3, reference numeral 1 is a plate material, and a surface material 3 made of cloth on which the required printing is applied is integrally attached to the surface of a thin metal plate 2. Thus, a rectangular cutout 4 is formed at each corner of the rectangular plate 1, and the side edges 6 of the side walls 5 are bent inward. The side walls 5 are simultaneously folded up along the folding lines 7 parallel to the respective side edges 6 by placing the folding lines 7 on the square holes so as to coincide with each other and pushing the male die from above. At that time, both side end portions 8 and 8 are pushed by being overlapped with each other in the vertical groove which is gradually narrowed from the upper end portion provided at each corner of the female die toward the lower end portion. Each corner is formed at the same time by being wound and crushed. Then, the winding portion 9 is flattened and protruded to the inner surface on one side of each corner to flatten the outer surface to form a corner 10, and the joint 11 on the outer surface of the winding portion 9 is slightly spaced from the corner 10. The can body 12 is formed by placing the space. Reference numeral 13 denotes a shallow can lid fitted into the can body 12, which is formed by drawing the plate material 1 described above.

In the above embodiment, as the plate material 1, the metal thin plate 2 to which the cloth surface material 3 is attached is used.
In some cases, a paper, a plastic film, a plastic sheet, an aluminum vapor deposition film, or the like is used.
Further, although the one to which the printed surface material is attached is used, the one to which printing is applied after the attachment may be used. Further, instead of the shallow can lid 13, a deep can lid formed by the same method as the can body 12 may be used.

(Embodiment 2) FIGS. 4 to 6 show another embodiment of the present invention, and the plate member 20 used is the same as that of the above-mentioned embodiment 1. Each side of the plate member 20 is provided with folding curves 21, 21, 22, 22 parallel to each side and side walls 24, 24 on four sides of the bottom portion 23.
25, 25 are provided, and both fold lines 26 on the side wall are provided at each corner.
Square folds 28 are provided between the folds 27, and a suitable width is cut 29 along the outside of each fold, and the folds are made from the bottom corners.
29 A bent diagonal line 30 is provided at the tip. Then, although this plate material is not shown, the folding curves 21 and 22 are placed on the female square holes so that they coincide with each other, and the male mold is pushed in from above, so that both side walls 24 and 24 are folded up. Then the other side wall 2
5 and 25 are folded up, and at the same time, each folding portion 28 is pressed against the inner surface of the side wall 25 to form a square can shape. Thus, each side wall 24, 25
The can body 32 is formed by winding it inward along the upper end of the can, or sandwiching and fixing the upper end of the folding part 28 with a bent edge 31 that is folded flat. Reference numeral 33 denotes a can lid formed by drawing using the same plate material as the can body 32.

Incidentally, in the case of the above-mentioned first embodiment,
A mold having the structure shown in No. 3544 can be used, and
In the case of Example 2, a mold having a structure as shown in JP-B-61-37019 can be used. However, in the present invention, since the plate material has the surface material 3 attached to the metal thin plate 2 to increase the thickness, it is necessary to greatly adjust the gap between the female mold and the male mold by that amount.
