As mentioned above, when using trays in which pegs fit into core tubes with different inner diameters, it is necessary to prepare the same number of trays as the number of types of tube yarns, which is difficult to achieve in recent high-mix, low-volume production systems. This posed a problem in that an extremely large variety of trays were required, and the production and management of the trays became complicated. In order to solve these conventional problems, this invention
The purpose is to be able to handle multiple types of pipe yarns with one type or a small number of types of trays.

The present invention provides a tray in which a peg for inserting a pipe thread is installed upright, the peg being formed to be elastically deformable according to the inner diameter of the core tube of the thread into which the pipe thread is inserted, and a pipe thread inserted into the peg being inserted into the tray. However, the core tube is supported at at least two locations: the contact portion between the lower end of the core tube and the peg, and the press contact portion against the inner circumferential surface of the core tube due to elastic deformation of the peg.

1 to 4 show a first embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, the tray T includes a disc-shaped base 7 and the base 7.
A disc-shaped platform 6 formed on the upper surface and a cylindrical peg 1 standing upright in the center of the platform 6 are formed as one body or each member is fixed, and the peg 1
has a conical part 3 at the upper part, and a cut part 8 of an arbitrary width S extending in the height direction of the peg in a cross shape from the conical apex part 2 is a conical truncated support part 5 on the disc-shaped pedestal part 6.
The conical part 3 at the top of the peg is configured to have elasticity. FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the core tube 37 inserted into the tray T. Petsugu 1
The contact surface W between the side surface of the bottom part 4a of the conical part 3a and the inner peripheral surface 37a of the core tube 37 changes from the shape shown by the two-dot chain line to the shape shown by the solid line in FIGS. 3 and 4. The elasticity F1, which is a repelling force, is constantly applied. A hollow portion 9 is formed inside the tray T made of synthetic resin such as Delrin or Diuracon. Differences in the inner diameters of the core tubes of different types of tube yarns can be accommodated within the range of approximately the length d1 to approximately the length d2, that is, within the range of the cut width S.

Next, a second embodiment will be explained. 6a to 6c, a U-shaped linear object 14 made of metal or synthetic resin is inserted into the internal hollow part 13 of the cylindrical peg 1b of the tray T2 through a hole 15 bored in the side surface of the peg 1b. In the section 13, tension coil springs 17 are inserted into both ends of the U-shaped linear object 14, and one end of the tension coil spring 17 is fixed to the leading end 18 of the U-shaped linear object. , the other end is fixed to the inner wall part 19 of the peg 1b, so that when the core tube 37 of the tube yarn is inserted in the direction of arrow G2, the stretched tension coil spring contracts, causing a U-shaped linear object. An elastic force F2 acts on the peg 14 in the outward direction of the peripheral wall of the peg 1b. Note that an air blowing hole 16 is bored in the upper part of the peg 1b.

Next, a third embodiment will be explained. 7a to 7c, a number of whisker-like elastic pieces 20 of a certain length are formed on the peripheral wall surface of the cylindrical peg 1c of the tray T3, and when the core tube 37 of the pipe thread is inserted in the direction of the arrow G3, the cylindrical peg 1c is curved. An elastic force F3 acts on the barbed elastic pieces 20a outwardly from the peripheral wall of the peg 1c.

Next, an example of a yarn conveying system using the above-mentioned tray will be explained with reference to FIGS. 9 to 11. A plurality of winding units 22 are installed in the automatic winder, and on both sides of the unit, a pipe yarn supply conveyor 23 and an empty wood pipe delivery conveyor 24 are arranged along the units, and the trays are moved at the winding unit position. Provided with guide plates 25, 26, 27 for taking in from the conveyor 23 and a rotating disk 28 for placing and moving the tray to the winding position,
If the pipe yarn 29 wound by a spinning machine or another winding machine is inserted into the tray T and fed onto the conveyor 23 rotating in the direction of arrow 30, the tray T with the inserted pipe yarn is transferred and if there is no predetermined number of yarns in the passage 31 formed by the guide plates 26 and 27 at the winding unit position,
The tray automatically enters the passage 31 by the guide plates 25, 26, 27 and the rotating disk 28, and during the transfer, the yarn end Y of the pipe yarn 29 enters the center hole 38 of the core tube 37. It is in a free hanging state and is taken up to the winding position P. The pipe thread 29 is formed by air ejected from the air nozzle 39 below the tray from the hollow inside of the tray T upward from the upper part of the notch 8a of the peg 1 to the outside and upper part of the core tube center hole 38. Y protrudes upward from the hole 38 and is sucked and gripped by a suction pipe 36 that can be rotated around a waiting shaft 35.
By the rotation of the suction mouth which suction-grips the yarn ends on the package 33 side on the suction pipe 36 and the drum 32, both yarn ends are introduced into a yarn tying device (not shown) and tied.
3, a predetermined amount of yarn is wound. The wood pipe with the remaining thread, which has been wound up and becomes empty, or whose end cannot be taken out, is discharged onto the empty wood pipe carrying-out conveyor 24 by rotating the discharge lever 34.

As explained in detail in Examples 1 to 3 above, in the tray of the present invention, elasticity is constantly applied to the pegs in the outward direction of the peripheral wall when inserting the tube, and this action is applied to the tray. When conveying a sloping conveyance surface with the tube yarn inserted,
It is also effective to prevent accidents in which the pipe yarn falls out of the tray, and at the same time, the time required for troubleshooting the machine during normal operation can be shortened, and the operating rate of the automatic winder device can be improved. Further, the tray itself has a relatively simple structure and is durable, and is economical when a large number of trays are required in an automatic winder device.

In the present invention, the pegs of the tray have elasticity in the outward direction of the peripheral wall, so that one type or a small number of types of trays can be used for multiple types of pipe yarns.
Furthermore, since the inserted pipe thread is supported at two places: the lower end of the pipe thread and the contact part of the peg that presses against the inner circumferential surface of the core tube, the integration of the pipe thread and the tray is enhanced, and the pipe thread is processed. Accurate positioning is also easy.
