を中心にして揺動自在に該駆動軸の回転が伝えら
れる揺動軸と、該揺動軸に同心配置に固定した押
印物押出ローラーと、該揺動軸を偏心状態にて先
端寄り位置で軸支する揺動自在な揺動アームとを
備え、前記揺動軸をそれ自体の回転を利用して前
