応答信号を交換機側に送出し、交換機では前記信
号を受信し、発呼者と緊急通報台の扱者が通話に
入るようにしたもので、従来の緊急通報回線では
実施できなかつた緊急通報台への発呼者番号送出
ができるようにしたものである。

器OSCAから発呼者番号を該当する周波数が送出

番号から発呼者の住所を調べることができる効果
がある。
