Claims (1)

した架台と、 前記車体フレームの前後に位置し、車体フレー
ムおよびトラツクフレームにそれぞれ枢着された
一対の傾動フレームと、 該傾動フレームの傾斜部の上面と前記車体フレ
ームを連結する傾動シリンダとより成ることを特
徴とする建設機械の傾動装置。 (2) 第1の請求項において、前記傾動フレーム
は車体フレームに枢着された下段部と、 トラツクフレームに枢着された上段部と、 前記上段部と下段部とを連続させる傾斜部とか
ら成り、 該傾斜部の上面に前記傾動シリンダーの一端が
枢着されていることを特徴とする建設機械の傾動
装置。 (3) 第1の請求項において、前記傾動フレーム
は前記走行装置のトラツクフレームに、それぞれ
緩衝装置を介して枢着されたことを特徴とする建
設機械の傾動装置。 (4) 第1の請求項において、前記架台は車体の
左右位置でそれぞれ車体フレームに固着された上
部架台と、 トラツクフレームに固着された下部架台とより
成り、 前記上部架台と下部架台とを傾動ピンにて枢着
し、下部走行体に対する上部旋回体の傾動中心と
したことを特徴とする建設機械の傾動装置。 (5) 第3の請求項において、前記緩衝装置はト
ラツクフレームの上部に位置する傾斜フレームの
上段部及び下段部がトラツクフレームの上面及び
内側斜面に突設された2対のクツシヨンシリンダ
により支持されていることを特徴とする建設機械
の傾動装置。 (6) 第3の請求項において、前記緩衝装置は傾
動フレームの傾斜部の裏面に一端が、トラツクフ
レームに他端がそれぞれ枢着されたクツシヨンシ
リンダで構成されていることを特徴とする建設機
械の傾動装置。 (7) 第5及び第6の請求項において、クツシヨ
ンシリンダは下端がトラツクフレームに枢着され
たロツドに巻回されたスプリングと、 該スプリングで上方に付勢されたピストンとか
らなる第1緩衝部及び、 上端が傾動フレームに枢着され、前記ピストン
の上端が出入可能なクツシヨン室を有するシリン
ダと、 該クツシヨン室に充填された緩衝材とから成る
第2緩衝部とから構成されていることを特徴とす
