To date, there have been several problems with such e-mail forms, one of which is that there is no need to send them in a sealed envelope if the information contained in the e-mail section can be viewed. However, when mailing this as a postcard, the mail part can only be printed on the front side, while postcards have a constant external size, and if information other than the addressee is written on the front side, the area will be limited. There is a legal restriction that only half of the information can be written at most.
Because of this, only a very small amount of information can be sent, so even if the contents can be seen, the current situation is to send them in sealed envelopes, which requires a lot of effort to put in envelopes and increases postage costs. Ta.

Further, in cases where a large number of copies are to be issued as described above, the copy paper side may be processed by computer. In this case, it is necessary to perform optical reading such as OCR or OMR, but if the entire continuous paper mentioned above is made of optically readable paper, the paper itself will be of high quality with no pinholes, minute scratches, or smudges. The cost is extremely high because the continuous paper that makes up the e-mail form is made of plain paper, and this paper is converted into an OCR or OMR card and input into a card reader. This method has drawbacks such as requiring a lot of effort and high input costs.

This idea was made to solve the above problems, and its purpose was to make it possible to send the mail part addressed to the customer as a postcard, and to reduce the amount of information by placing the information entry field on the back of the postcard. In addition, the copy paper section is made up of OCR and OMR paper, which is pasted adjacent to the mail section to form a single continuous form, thereby reducing the effort required for input. Another purpose of this invention is to make it possible to eliminate the need for the device, and one embodiment of this invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

Fig. 1 shows a mail form according to this invention, which consists of a continuous paper 1 with a large number of feed holes 2, 2, etc. formed along its longitudinal direction at both ends, along with vertical and horizontal perforations 3, 3. It is divided into unit section pieces of paper 4, 4, etc. at equal intervals, and each unit section paper piece 4 is used as a mail form.

The mail part 6 is further divided into two compartments 6a and 6b so as to be foldable by a folding perforation 8, and the upper half of one of them 6a is used as an address book entry area, and the lower half and the entire surface of the other 6b are used for writing required documents. Fixed data items, frames, codes, and characters are printed in each entry field, and movable data such as addresses and ledger entries are printed in the margins by a printer, etc. As shown in FIG. 2, a heat-sensitive and/or pressure-sensitive adhesive 9 is applied to the entire back surface of the mail portion 6. As shown in FIG.

In addition, the paper that makes up this mail section 6 has a stiffness equivalent to that of a government postcard, and its thickness is 1/2 that of a government postcard, and furthermore, the vertical and horizontal dimensions of the mail section 6 are twice that of a government postcard. It's summery.

In the mail form according to this invention configured as described above, the required information is printed on the mail section 6 by printing it on a printing device such as a printer, and at the same time, markings or letters corresponding to the above-mentioned required information are placed on the copy sheet section 7. Then, by cutting it into each section paper piece 4 and then cutting it left and right along the central separation perforation 5, the paper copy section 7 can be input into a card reader or the like as it is. On the other hand, the mail part 6 is folded along the folding perforation 8 in the center as shown in FIG. 3, and heated and pressed to form a postcard, and if this postcard is posted as is, it will be mailed.

As explained above in the embodiments, the mail form according to the invention can be used as a postcard by folding and gluing the mail part 6 by configuring it as described above. Moreover, since it is possible to print on the front surface, only the front surface can be used. You can fill in 2 to 3 times more information than when using it as a postcard. Therefore, this invention is particularly suitable for issuing mail where the contents written in the mail section may be viewed, and has the advantage of being low in mailing costs and eliminating the need to prepare envelopes.

In addition, as shown in the above embodiment, since the copy paper section is attached to the mail section as an optically readable form slip to form an integrated continuous sheet, it can be read by a card reader or the like immediately after being separated from the mail section. It has various effects such as eliminating the trouble of reprinting, preventing processing errors caused by it, and being able to be constructed at a lower cost than when the entire surface is constructed from a single sheet of optically readable paper.
