Claims (1)
タ上に多数の穴が穿設された金属製の均熱板を設
置するとともに、さらに該均熱板の上方には表面
にセラミツクスを付着させた多孔質金属板を設置
し、また前記箱状空胴体には該箱状空胴体内に気
体を供給する流入口を取り付け、該箱状空胴体内
に供給された気体を前記均熱板を経て多孔質金属
板から吹き出せるべく構成したことを特徴とする
