混成集積回路装置において、前記リード端子３，
３…と近接した前記ケース８の縁部の少なくとも
リード端子３，３…と相対する面側に絶縁材１０
が取り付けられていることを特徴とする混成集積

て、絶縁材１がケースの縁部な内面から外面に亙
