Claims (1)
- 基台上を水平面内の所定方向に沿つて変位可能
にされた第１のスライダを含んで構成され前記基
台に対して直交三軸方向に変位可能にされたスラ
イダ装置を備え、このスライダ装置に保持された
プローブと、前記基台上に載置される被測定物と
を相対変位させることにより、前記被測定物の寸
法、形状等を測定する三次元測定機において、前
記基台上面に前記第１のスライダの変位方向に沿
つて凹部を画成するとともに、この凹部内に前記
第１のスライダを変位させる駆動装置の一部を配
置し、かつ、前記第１のスライダの駆動装置側の
脚部を基台の凹部より外側位置で支持したことを
特徴とする三次元測定機。
