Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively utilize the thinned citrus fruits and residue of citrus fruit juice which have been discarded heretofore by using the thinned fruits and juice residue as a material for the culture medium for REISHI (fruit body of Ganoderma lucidum). CONSTITUTION:REISHI is inoculated to and grown on thinned citrus fruit or citrus fruit juice residue. For example, thinned fruits are finely crushed and adjusted to a water-content of about 75% similar to the fruit juice residue. The finely crushed thinned fruit or the juice residue is mixed with a raw material and rice bran at a weight ratio of about 10:2, and the obtained medium is put into a culture bottle and sterilized. REISHI is inoculated to the medium and cultured at about 25-30 deg.C and about 60-90% humidity to develop fruit bodies under scattered light.

For the elliptical cultivation method, logs of oak, beech, etc. are used, and after cutting them, drilling holes, and inoculating them, horizontal stacking culture is carried out for about 1 month, and then vertical stacking culture is carried out for about 2 months. Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-63313 discloses a method of cultivating logs by embedding them in Asama sand and pouring sand on top of the logs to a thickness of about 2c+n.

The fungal bed cultivation method is based on the bottle cultivation method [described in "Cultivation and Medicinal Effects of Stone Mushrooms", page 23, published by Kikuken Publishing Co., Ltd.], using beech and oak sawdust as raw materials, and adding rice bran to 1O of these sawdust as raw material mixing ratios. 2 parts, and slaked lime 0.5 parts
After adding and mixing, add moisture, put it in a mushroom cultivation bottle and sterilize it, inoculate it and grow at a temperature of 25-30℃ and a humidity of 6.
A cultivation method is described in which mushrooms are cultivated at 0 to 80% and grown under scattered light and with ventilation.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the above-mentioned elliptical cultivation, cutting logs into rounds, planting seedlings, loading them,
It takes a lot of time and effort to embed the seedlings, and it takes a long time of 5 to 6 months from planting the seedlings to forming fruit bodies and harvesting them. Also, there are no problems in terms of resources such as obtaining logs. In addition, in conventional bottle cultivation, the sawdust material for the medium must be produced separately, using the same material as in log cultivation.

Means to solve the problem Fruit thinning is an essential work in citrus cultivation, and the current situation is that all thinned fruits are abandoned in the field. In addition, most of the fruit juice residue is discarded. The present invention is characterized in that Reishi mushrooms are cultivated by a method using these easily man-made materials as a culture medium.

After the thinned fruit is crushed, the moisture content is adjusted to around 75%, similar to the fruit juice residue. Finely crushed citrus fruit or fruit juice residue is mixed with raw material and rice bran at a weight ratio of 10:2 as a medium, packed into cultivation bottles, sterilized, and inoculated with Ganoderma lucidum. Then, the mushrooms are cultured at a temperature of 25 to 30°C and a humidity of 60 to 90%, and mushrooms are generated under scattered light.

When using thinned fruit, use thinned fruit with a lateral diameter of about 3 cm or more, wash with water, and then crush with a mixer. Next, adjust the moisture content to about 70 to 80%, mix raw material and rice bran at a weight ratio of 10:2, and fill it in a blow bottle so that the reishi mushrooms grow and spread evenly throughout the bottle. Drill a vertical hole with a diameter of 2 CIll in the center of the bottle to the bottom of the bottle. The medium is sterilized at 100° C. for 3 to 5 hours under normal pressure. After sterilization, wait for cooling, inoculate it, and culture at a temperature of around 28°C.

In either case, hyphae grow until the blow pin can be opened one month after inoculation. After opening the lid, measure the oxygen supply so that the bacterial cells grow uniformly under scattered light, and pay attention to ventilation and temperature differences. As can be understood from the explanation of the above-mentioned embodiments, the artificial cultivation method of Ganoderma according to the present invention can put to practical use thinned citrus fruit and fruit juice residue, etc., which were conventionally disposed of, and can save such resources. It is an invention with much higher utility value than in terms of reuse. 'R material is extremely easy to obtain and the cost of raw materials is low, and the cycle from culture medium adjustment to harvest is short, about 2 months, so the production turnaround is quick. Moreover, the culture residue is collected after the cultivation of Reishi mushrooms is completed. can be reduced to soil. Although the disadvantage is that the shape of the fruiting bodies is smaller compared to log cultivation, this has great utility as a processed raw material for health foods.
