受面に向うノズル部材嵌着孔が形成され、ノズル
部材嵌着孔には多孔質材のノズル部材が嵌着され
ると共に軸受流体供給源が接続されている静圧流
体軸受。 (2) ノズル部材の多孔質材が粉末焼結体である
