Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 車速を検出する車速検出手段と、目標車速
を可変設定する目標車速設定手段と、検出された
車速を目標車速に一致させるように自動車に搭載
された内燃機関の吸気絞り弁を開閉駆動して吸入
空気量を制御する吸入空気量制御手段と、検出さ
れた車速を目標車速に一致させるように内燃機関
の点火時期を進角・遅角制御する点火時期制御手
段と、を含んで構成したことを特徴とする自動車
用定速走行装置。 (2) 車速を検出する車速検出手段と、目標車速
を可変設定する目標車速設定手段と、検出された
車速を目標車速に一致させるように自動車に搭載
された内燃機関の吸気絞り弁を開閉駆動して吸入
空気量を制御する吸入空気量制御手段と、検出さ
れた車速が目標速度を上回るときに燃料供給の停
止制御を行う燃料供給停止制御手段と、を含んで
構成したことを特徴とする自動車用定速走行装置
。 (3) 前記点火時期制御手段における点火時期の
進角・遅角制御量、又は、前記燃料供給停止制御
手段による燃料供給の停止制御における制御量を
、車速の変化割合に基づいて設定する制御量設定
手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項１又は２の
いずれかに記載の自動車用定速走行装置。
