Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Application Field) The present invention is directed to forming a plurality of cylindrical pieces by annularly curving a plurality of plate pieces whose widths gradually change from one end edge to the other end edge. However, the present invention relates to a single elbow tube formed by joining these cylindrical pieces to each other, and particularly relates to an intermediately processed plate material thereof.

(Prior art) As a conventional technology, each cylindrical piece of a single elbow pipe is cut by preparing a flat plate material and gas cutting the flat plate material from one end edge to the other edge along a predetermined curve. There was one in which the corresponding plate pieces were separated and formed.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the conventional method described above, each plate piece that is a component of a single elbow pipe is separated, which makes inventory management troublesome and when bending it into an annular shape in a later process. This method had the disadvantage that each plate piece had to be individually curved, resulting in uneven bending accuracy of each plate piece.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a rectangular flat plate material corresponding to the expanded area of a single elbow tube, leaves both edges on this flat plate material, and leaves one edge of the flat plate material. A plurality of discontinuous slits extending intermittently from one end toward the other end edge are formed in parallel at a predetermined interval, and each discontinuous slit extends from the joint edge of each cylindrical piece of the single elbow pipe. It is configured to be formed along a curve.
