させて前記ナツト本体の基部側に先端部側と同径

させ、前記フランジ部と協働して金属板を挾持す
るフランジ状縁部に形成せしめたことを特徴とす

縮剪断塑性変形された部分を前記金属板上に圧接
させ、前記フランジ部と協働して金属板を挾持す
るフランジ状縁部に形成せしめた金属板にナツト
