従来のフィルターユニットの取り付け構造では、本体を押さえながら箱体の外側と内側で取り付け作業をしなければならないため、1人で行うには非常に困難であった。また、取り付けねじを挿通させるための穴加工が多いため、手間が掛かり、寸法精度がない場合は、フィルターユニットのねじ挿通孔と箱体のねじ挿通穴がずれて取り付けが困難になっていた。

上記目的を達成するために、箱体内を換気するために側板に形成された開口部に取り付けられるフィルターユニットの取り付け構造において、フィルターユニットの枠部の適宜箇所にねじ挿通孔を穿設し、ねじ挿通孔に枠部の前面から取り付けねじを挿通させて枠部の裏面の箱体の開口部より内側に相当する位置に固定具を螺合し、取り付けねじを締めることによって固定具が回転して外側を向いた際に枠部の裏面に突設した回り止め部に当接させて回転を阻止し、更に取り付けねじを締めることによって枠部と固定具とで箱体の側板を挟持固定することを特徴とする。

フィルターユニットの枠部の四隅にねじ挿通孔を穿設し、枠部の前面からねじ挿通孔に取り付けねじを挿通させて枠部の裏面に固定具を螺合する。枠部の裏面の固定具の近傍には回り止め部を突設し、取り付けねじを締め付け、固定具が回転して外側方向に向いた際に回り止め部に当接し、回転を阻止するようにする。

以上説明したように箱体内を換気するために側板に形成された開口部に取り付けられるフィルターユニットの取り付け構造において、フィルターユニットの枠部の適宜箇所にねじ挿通孔を穿設し、ねじ挿通孔に枠部の前面から取り付けねじを挿通させて枠部の裏面の箱体の開口部より内側に相当する位置に固定具を螺合し、取り付けねじを締めることによって固定具が回転して外側を向いた際に枠部の裏面に突設した回り止め部に当接させて回転を阻止し、更に取り付けねじを締めることによって枠部と固定具とで箱体の側板を挟持固定することにより、箱体の外側から取り付けることができるので1人でも容易に取り付けが可能になり、従来と比較して箱体の穴加工が不要になるので施工性が大幅に向上するという優れた効果がある。
