Claims (1)
- 上面に研磨布を貼着した水平回転盤を機台の垂
直回転軸の上端に取付け、機台の支承部材に枢着
した傾倒用シリンダーのロツド端に一端を枢着す
るとともに他端を支軸に回転自在に取付けた支持
部材に竪シリンダーを設け、下向き面に被研磨部
材用枠を設けるとともに前記竪シリンダーにより
上下調整自在かつ空転自在とした竪回転軸の下端
に被研磨部材設定盤を取付け、前記傾倒用シリン
ダーの作動により前記被研磨部材設定盤の下向き
面を水平状または正面視前傾状とするようにした
研磨盤。
