However, in the above configuration, a terminal plate is indispensable, and this terminal plate is made of an expensive conductive material such as a copper alloy and requires complicated processing, making it an expensive component. Also, as the number of wires to be locked increases, the structure of the terminal board becomes increasingly complex.
There were problems in that the number of manufacturing steps increased and the number of parts increased as it became necessary to connect the terminal boards to each other.

According to the locking terminal device having this feature, a holding portion is provided on at least one of the container body and the lid, and the holding portion allows the self-locking terminals forming the lock piece and the contact piece to be oriented in the same direction. The core wire of the electric wire is clamped between the back of the middle part of these adjacent locking terminals, the locking piece, and the contact piece, thereby eliminating the need for the terminal board that was previously required. be able to. Therefore, the cost can be reduced, and the container body can be made smaller by omitting the storage space for the terminal board. Furthermore, if a large number of self-locking terminals of the same shape are used, it is possible to further reduce costs. Further, since a large number of the locking terminals can be arranged on the container body, it is possible to easily configure a device with a large number of locked electric wires.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes, for example, a box-shaped insulating container with an opening on one side, and a terminal lead-out groove 2 is provided at the edge of the opening of the container 1. An engaging groove 3 is provided on the inner surface of the corner formed by the one end wall 1a of the container body 1 provided with the terminal lead-out groove 2 and the both side walls 1b continuous thereto, extending from the opening edge to the inner bottom surface. . Further, on the inner surfaces of the both side walls 1b, a plurality of opposing groove-shaped holding portions 4 are provided at regular intervals from the opening edge to the inner bottom surface. Reference numeral 5 designates a self-locking terminal made of a cladding material, comprising a conductive layer 6 made of a copper-based metal and a spring layer 7 made of a springy metal such as steel or stainless steel. This locking terminal 5 has holding pieces 9 that engage with the holding part 4 of the container body 1 at both ends of the intermediate part 8, and has a locking piece 9 at one end of the intermediate part 8 that connects to the spring layer 7 side. It is formed by bending the lock piece 10 and bending a contact piece 11 at the other end toward the same spring layer 7 side as the lock piece 10. Also,
Reference numeral 12 denotes a conductive plate made of a copper-based metal plate, and this plate 12 is formed into an L shape by bending a terminal portion 14 at one end of a flat plate portion 13. Both side edges of the flat plate portion 13 are adapted to engage with the engagement grooves 3 of the container body 1. On the other hand, 15 is an insulating lid that closes the opening of the container 1, and the lid 15 has an introduction hole 17 for introducing the core wire of the electric wire 16 into the container 1, and an adjacent self-locking terminal 5. The same number of these self-locking terminals 5 are provided facing each other in between. Note that the lid 15 is attached to the vessel 1 by means not shown. The conductive plate 12 is engaged with the engagement groove 3 of the container body 1 with its terminal portion 14 directed outward from the terminal lead-out groove 2 to the outside of the container body 1. Further, each of the self-locking terminals 5 is housed and held within the container body 1 by engaging its respective holding piece 9 with the holding portion 4, and the respective locking piece 10 is positioned on the opening side of the container body 1. In addition, the locking piece 10 and the contact piece 11 are arranged side by side with the locking piece 10 and the contact piece 11 facing toward the conductive plate 12. The lid 15 is attached to the container body 1 so as to close the opening thereof. Note that the conductive plate 12
The core wire of the electric wire 16 is soldered to the terminal portion 14 with solder 18.

To lock the wire in this configuration, wire 1
6 core wires may be inserted into the introduction holes 17 of the lid body 15, respectively. In this case, the core wire of the electric wire 16 inserted into the container body 1 along the plate portion 13 of the conductive plate 12 first comes into contact with the locking piece 10 of the locking terminal 5 at its tip and elastically deforms it. Then, the contact piece 11 of the locking terminal 5 is passed through while being elastically deformed, and the chain is clamped between the plate portion 13 of the conductive plate 12 and the locking piece 10 and the contact piece 11 of the locking terminal 5. be locked. Therefore, the core wire of the inserted electric wire 16 and the electric wire 16 soldered to the conductive plate 12
The core wire can be made conductive. Also, the core wire of another electric wire 16 inserted into another introduction hole 17 is first guided to the back surface of the intermediate portion 8 of the locking terminal 5, and is inserted further into the rear surface of the intermediate portion 8. While sequentially elastically deforming the locking pieces 10 and contact pieces 11 of the self-locking terminals 5 facing the self-locking terminals 5, the locking pieces 10 and 11 of the self-locking terminals 5 are passed through the middle portions 8 and 11 of the adjacent self-locking terminals 5. It is sandwiched between the contact piece 11 and locked. By locking as described above, each of the electric wires 16 described above can be brought into a conductive state with the same polarity. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the need for the terminal board that was conventionally required, and thereby, the storage space for the terminal board in the container body 1 is not required, so that the container body 1 and the lid 15 can be made smaller. Furthermore, a self-locking terminal 5 of the same shape
Since a large number of can be used, costs can be reduced.

and a spring layer 7 made of spring metal such as steel or stainless steel.
Since it is made of clad material consisting of
Both the contact piece and the contact piece 11 have sufficient elastic force, and the core wire of the electric wire 16 once locked by the locking terminal 5 does not easily come off, and sufficient contact pressure can be obtained. Further, the intermediate portion 8 of the locking terminal 5
Since one layer is composed of the spring layer 7, it is rigid, and when the core wire of the electric wire 16 is introduced, the tip of the core wire will not be deformed.
The core wire of the electric wire 16 has good insertability and good contact stability.

[Scope of claim for utility model registration] (1) An insulating container, an insulating lid that closes the opening of the container, and an elastic conductive material held in parallel between the container and the lid. and a plurality of self-locking terminals having the same structure, each of the locking terminals having one end of an intermediate portion that is engaged with a holding portion provided on at least one of the container body and the lid body. The self-locking terminals are formed by bending a locking piece at one end and a contact piece at the other end, and these self-locking terminals are arranged side by side in the same direction, and the above-mentioned body is placed facing between adjacent self-locking terminals. Alternatively, an electric wire introduction hole is provided in the lid body, and the core wire of the electric wire inserted into this introduction hole is inserted between the intermediate back surface of one of the adjacent self-locking terminals and the other self-locking terminal. A locking terminal device characterized in that it is clamped and locked between a locking piece and a contact piece. (2) The locking terminal device according to claim 1, wherein the self-locking terminal is a clad material made of a conductive layer and a spring layer that are in contact with the core wire.
