To explain the platform turning operation in this conventional parking equipment, the original position of the vehicle is at a place sufficiently shifted to one side from the center of the vehicle entry area, and two actuating cylinders are installed for each vehicle on the pit floor. Due to the synchronous drive of the two carriages, the lifting frame, etc. move toward the center of the vehicle entry area. During this movement, the limit switch of the cage position detector engages with the lower side of the cage frame of the cage that is stopped at the vehicle entry area, thereby stopping the movement of the cart and the like. Next, the cage frame fixing device is operated to integrate the cart and the cage frame. In this state, the elevating frame rises, and in the middle of the rise, the upper surface of the revolving frame comes into contact with the lower surface of the vehicle chassis, and the vehicle chassis is lifted upward from the lower part of the cage frame. Then, the direction of the chassis and the vehicle on the chassis is changed 180º by turning the swing frame 180º, and then the chassis is placed on the lower part of the cage frame by lowering the lifting frame. Then, the vehicle drives forward from the cage to the entrance/exit. The vehicle departs towards the destination and completes the delivery.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The above-mentioned chassis turning operation can be summarized as: moving the cart, detecting the cage frame, fixing the cage frame and the cart, raising the elevating frame, turning the rotating frame, and lowering the elevating frame. It consists of sequential operation of each operation. The large number of individual movements required for chassis turning operation not only requires many drive sources and detectors, resulting in high equipment costs and a complex structure, but also requires a lot of effort to link them together. This means that the control becomes complicated and it takes a long time to turn the vehicle platform. In addition, since the movement of the cart is stopped using cage frame detection, in order to increase the positioning accuracy of the cart, it is necessary to slow down the movement speed of the cart.
Or the cart may be forced to stop suddenly. This sudden stop of the truck causes vibrations in the lifting frame and the rotating frame, which has an adverse effect on these structures.
Furthermore, in order to improve the positioning accuracy of the cart, it is better to install a driving source such as an actuating cylinder on the pit floor rather than making the cart self-propelled. This increases the amount of construction work and causes the cost of equipment to rise.

(Function) When the desired unloading cage reaches the lowest vehicle entry location and stops, first, the trolley positioning and fixing device operates to position and fix the trolley relative to the cage frame. At this time, the cart itself does not have a driving source for movement, and only the cart moves left and right relative to the heavy cage during positioning. Therefore,
Even if the cage shakes a little, the cart follows it, so the relative positional relationship between the cage and the cart remains unchanged.
Next, by the operation of the elevating drive mechanism, the elevating cylinder body rises using the fixed guide cylinder as a guide, and accordingly, the elevating frame and the rotating frame rise together.
During this upward movement, the upper surface of the abutment plate of the revolving frame collides with the lower surface of the vehicle chassis, and as the frame further rises, the vehicle chassis and the vehicle mounted on the chassis are lifted upward from the lower part of the cage frame. and the rotating frame
The 180° turn causes the chassis etc. to rotate 180°, with the front of the vehicle facing the entrance/exit. In this state, the elevating frame and the rotating frame are lowered, and the vehicle platform is again placed on the lower part of the cage frame. Finally, the operation of the trolley positioning and fixing device is released, and then the driver gets into the vehicle and drives forward to exit from the cage through the entrance and exit, completing the exit.
