Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable maintenance of a vibration insulating effect even when vibration insulating rubber is used for a long period by a method wherein the vibration insulating rubber is attached to a system piping, and a film made of plastic in which cuts are formed in a plurality of spots is bonded to the vibration insulating rubber. CONSTITUTION:A polyethylene film with a thickness of approximate 20-50mum is used as a film 6 made of plastic. By bonding the film 6 made of plastic in which cuts 5 are formed to vibration insulating rubber 3, adhesion to a system piping 2 is increased. As a result, since peeling from the system piping during the use of the vibration insulating rubber 3 for a long period can be prevented from occurring, vibration of the system piping can be reduced and the generation of noise can be suppressed throughout a long period.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above configuration, the plastic film 4 lacks flexibility compared to the vibration isolating rubber 3.
After the anti-vibration rubber 3 is attached to the system piping 2, the adhesive part of the anti-vibration rubber 3 will come off if used for a long time due to the force of the plastic film 4 trying to return to its original state, and the anti-vibration rubber 3 will eventually break into the system. There was a problem in that the system piping 2 fell from the piping 2 and generated large vibrations and noise.

Function: With the above-described configuration, the elasticity of the plastic film is made equal to that of the anti-vibration rubber due to the bellows action, thereby preventing the bonded portion of the anti-vibration rubber from peeling off. As a result, vibration reduction in system piping can be maintained over a long period of time, and noise can be suppressed.
