Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fastening structure for dissimilar material members, and more particularly to a fastening structure for fastening dissimilar material members at a plurality of locations.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a structure in which a resin member and a metal plate are fastened with a plurality of screws has been frequently used in audio equipment and the like. FIG. 3 shows an example of such a fastening structure. FIG. 3A shows a state immediately after the resin component 2 is assembled to the metal plate 1. As shown in the figure, screws 3, 3 passing through holes 2 a, 2 a of resin component 2 are screwed into metal plate 1, and resin component 2 is fastened to metal plate 1.
[0003]
In this state, the resin component 2 is in a natural state and is kept in a flat state. However, the thermal expansion coefficient of a resin component such as PS (polystyrene) is about 6 to 8 × 10 −5 / ° C., the thermal expansion coefficient of iron is about 1.2 × 10 −5 / ° C., and the thermal expansion coefficient is Polystyrene is up to 6.7 times larger than iron.
[0004]
Therefore, when the temperature drops from the assembled state, the resin component 2 shrinks more than the metal plate 1 as shown in FIG. At this time, one fastening portion of the resin component 2 is displaced by a distance S from the metal plate 1 in the direction shown by the arrow B due to the difference in frictional force.
[0005]
Thereafter, when the temperature of the environment rises, the resin component 2 expands more than the metal plate 1. At this time, the resin component 2 is easily deformed. As shown in FIG. 3 (c), the central portion rises in the direction shown by arrow C. Such a change in temperature between a low temperature and a high temperature causes a problem that the resin component fastened to the metal plate is deformed.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fastening structure for dissimilar material members in which the members are not deformed by a change in temperature.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The fastening structure for dissimilar material members according to the present invention is a fastening structure in which dissimilar material members are fastened at a plurality of locations. In the fastening structure, a projection is provided on one member of the fastening surface, and a recess is provided on the other member. It is to be fitted.
[0008]
Further, in the fastening structure for dissimilar material members according to the present invention, a sheet having a large coefficient of friction is sandwiched between fastening surfaces in a fastening structure for fastening dissimilar material members at a plurality of locations.
[0009]
Further, in the fastening structure of the dissimilar material member, a double-sided tape is attached to the sheet.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A fastening structure between a resin member and a metal plate according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a fastening structure between a resin member and a metal plate according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, a screw 3 inserted through a hole 2a of a resin component 2 is screwed into a metal plate 1 and the resin component 2 is fastened to the metal plate 1. Although the resin component 2 is fastened to the metal plate 1 by a plurality of screws, FIG. 1 shows only one fastening portion.
[0011]
The metal plate 1 is provided with projections 1a, 1a by press working, and the projections 1a, 1a are fitted into recesses provided in the resin component 2. This fitting portion is provided in the area of the lower side A of the head of the screw 3. For this reason, the protrusions 1a, 1a are firmly fitted into the recesses of the resin component 2 and do not shift. As described above, since the fastening portion between the metal plate 1 and the resin component 2 does not shift, the resin component 2 is not greatly deformed due to a temperature change unlike the conventional example. Note that one or three or more protrusions 1a may be provided in one fastening portion.
[0012]
FIG. 2 is a sectional view showing a structure for fastening a resin member and a metal plate according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
[0013]
A non-woven fabric 4 with a double-sided tape is sandwiched between the fastening parts of the resin component 2 and the metal plate 1, and the double-sided tape is stuck to the resin component 2 and the metal plate 1. For this reason, the fastening portion between the resin component 2 and the metal plate 1 does not shift, and the same effect as that of the first embodiment can be obtained. In this example, processing of the resin component 2 and the metal plate 1 is simple. Note that a sheet having a large coefficient of friction may be used instead of the nonwoven fabric 4 with a double-sided tape.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to the fastening structure of dissimilar material members of this invention, a member can be prevented from being greatly deformed by temperature change.
